Where are we located?
Our stock is split across 3 locations in South East Queensland, on the Sunshine Coast, in Ipswich and several hours west of Brisbane.
Do we have a physical shop front?
At this time we do not have a publicly accessible “shop” for customers to visit. We have explored opening one several times but unfortunately due to a combination of small team time constraints and Health and Safety concerns, it hasn’t been viable. Maybe in future!
Where do we ship to?
The short version is Australia wide, but not internationally (sorry world). We have a dedicated shipping information page which goes into much more detail about our shipping process and restrictions. It is important for customers to read this as plant and soil products are subject to state based import restrictions (particularly WA).
Whats our service area?
For our in-person services our service area is pretty much all of SEQ. That includes all of Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. We would travel as far West as Toowoomba. Beyond that, it just depends on whether the budget for the job makes it feasible. If you’re building your dream garden in FNQ or Victoria and want us on board, don’t hesitate to reach out to get an idea of costs.
Do we buy plants?
Sometimes! If you have a nursery or large collection you are looking to sell, please get in touch! It’s not very often that we would purchase individual or small lots of plants, unless they are exceptionally old/unique feature specimens. Easiest way to find out if we’re interested is to just ask, don’t be afraid of ‘wasting our time’ we’re always keen to chat to other growers/collectors.
In addition, we offer a free cactus removal service for those situations where there is work involved in removing the plants from the ground, and when the value of the plants can compensate our time and effort.
